With meticulous monitoring during the preparation process of the oil, and using the most modern and advanced techniques, but with all the knowledge of a long tradition of oil making, we obtain the pure juice of the olive, so fruity and elegant, with a great aromatic concentration that is reminiscent of apples or almonds.
